I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease this past February and pizza was one of the hardest things for me to give up! I tried some of the frozen gluten free pizzas and they weren’t that great. I even tried making the pizza dough but it was such a hassle and still didn’t taste that great. I absolutely love the taste and texture of your gluten free pizza crust! It is absolutely amazing and I can’t thank you enough for creating this masterpiece!

I got to start my New Years off right giving a treat of trying out – Dad’s Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

I have searched around and this is the best. Admittedly I just finished eating it and I’m very excited at the moment. On a practical nature, I found the people at the company to be accessible, patient and very agreeable.

I don’t often mail order since i live in a semi-rural area and we have likely the best COOP in Calif, but this is so worth it. Enjoy.

I just put in an order for some of your gluten-free pizza crusts. Am very, very excited because I tasted your product today and it’s FABULOUS! Hadn’t had pizza in many years, and really enjoyed my lunch today SO MUCH!

Usually gluten-free products are a compromise — better than nothing but not the real deal. This pizza crust tastes sinfully, scarily like a gluten-filled product. Thanks!

Just wanted to say thank you for making such an awesome pizza crust. Two of my boys and I have Celiac Sprue. The youngest at 9 loves to pop a pizza crust into the oven, bake it for few minutes (to soften) then he splits it with me for lunch. We homeschool, so it is nice that he can go up and start lunch even if I’m still working with his brothers. You have given him some independence that he enjoys.

Just wanted to say thank you! This is my 2nd order….I have tried MANY gluten free pizza crusts, but your is the only decent one! It is as close to Pizza Hut as I can get!! Thank you for your wonderful product. And by the way, the rest of my non-celiac family loves to sneak pieces also!!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the crusts. We started a gluten free diet for our four year old daughter who has some autistic symptoms and her favorite food is pizza, so we tried a few mixes and then the gluten free crusts from whole foods and nothing was that great. I read a review online about your pizza crusts and decided to try them and they are the BEST. We have pizza night every Friday and our daughter really loves the pizza too. Many of the other Mother’s at the center where Cecilia has therapy also have their families on a gluten free diet and I gave them your website.

My Mother in Law has Celiacs and misses pizza and I know she will love these too.

It is so nice to have something that is gluten free and tastes so great. We have wasted a lot of money trying things that just were awful.

Our entire family has one form of Celiac Disease/gluten intolerance or another. When I first started cooking GFCF, over 15 years ago, there was nothing available pre-made. I was lucky to even find rice flour…and now your product! I feel like I’ve died and gone to heaven. Not only are they affordable (very rare) they taste just like what I remember a ‘real’ pizza crust to taste! I just can’t thank you enough for making this little piece of heaven. When I made a pizza using your crust my entire family couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces. My 14 year old granddaughter even went into the trash to read the ingredient label just to make sure “Grammy hadn’t lost it and bought a gluten pizza!”

This is the best pizza crust out there! We just had a “gluten free pizza party” with our next door neighbors, who amazingly are also celiacs. Dad’s gluten free pizza and Red Bridge beer. The wife thought the crust was great…and she said over and over how crispy it was, compared to other brands she has tried.

Pre-baking is KEY. I bake it 8 minutes on one side, then flip it over and bake on the other side for about 5 minutes. Then top it, and bake it for 12 minutes. The thing I like about these crusts is that you can’t burn them. They just keep getting more golden brown and crispy, so if you are having a party like we did, you don’t have to watch it extra carefully. It went about 3 minutes too long in the oven, but was actually better because it was even crispier and golden brown.

My wife, who is non-celiac, thinks the pizza crust tastes great. We used to eat Boboli pizza together all the time, probably once per week. Now we have a new crust we can share together. We haven’t eaten pizza together in 10 years!

Hi Tim, I wanted to wait to write until I had eaten your pizza crusts a couple of times to make sure everything went OK with my food allergies. I want you to know that your crusts are absolutely delicious! And the texture is perfect. We used the crusts as not only pizza base, but as a bread source for sandwiches, dipping, etc. Others in my family who do not have Celiac disease ate them and loved them too. I am so glad that you are able to custom make them for me without the corn meal.

I just ate the first pizza I’ve prepared with your crust. Very good! The closest thing to real pizza crust I’ve eaten. My whole family is sensitive either to the gluten or to the wheat, so I know it will be a big hit. I also have friends who are gluten-sensitive, so I’ll spread the word.

We are SOOOOOOOOOOO grateful for you and your wonderful pizza crusts. My daughter has been gluten free for 7 years and is now 12 yrs. old. She loves her pizza for birthday parties, sleepovers, etc., and is glad to feel like a ‘normal’ kid. I am very grateful, especially since we have tried ALL the brands and she likes yours the best by far. I even switched crusts once without telling her, and she told me she didn’t like her pizza.
