Why Go Gluten Free?

According to research, 1 in 133 people cannot tolerate gluten, a protein found in many grains like wheat, barley, and rye. People who have a gluten allergy enjoy better health on a gluten-free diet.

Customer Testimonials BadgeFor some people the reaction to gluten is mild. A little indigestion. Some fatigue. Some irritability. Some reactions are much more severe ranging from a suppressed immune system to neurological damage. There are even links between gluten intolerance and autism. If you have a gluten allergy—whether it’s minor or severe, you’ll enjoy better health, more energy, and less discomfort if you switch to a gluten-free diet.

There’s just one problem. Gluten-free diets are tough!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is your crust sprinkled with cornmeal?

We sprinkle cornmeal in the pan to help the cooking process and to add to the authentic pizza flavor—it is not mixed with the dough. If you would like to order your Dad’s gluten-free pizza crust without corn meal, contact us directly to place your special order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we are only able to ship orders within the United States.

How long before I receive my shipment?

We ship our crusts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you place your order between Thursday and Sunday, it will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We will send you an email notice upon shipment of your order. Shipments arrive within 1 to 3 days of the ship date.

How do you prevent cross-contamination?

Dad’s gluten-free pizza crusts are made on dedicated equipment and are the only thing we prepare and bake in our kitchen. Gluten-free companies provide all our ingredients. We can guarantee our crusts are gluten free because our kitchen is gluten free.

We are licensed by the state of Idaho to produce gluten-free pizza crusts. We also use the ELISA method of testing to ensure that our products are truly gluten free.

What’s the best way to store my pizza crusts?

Your pizza crusts will keep best in the freezer. You can store them in your freezer for up to three months or in your refrigerator for up to ten days. Defrost frozen crusts in the fridge before cooking.
