A: DAD'S Gluten-Free Pizza Crust has a license to process gluten-free pizza crust. The license was issued from the state of Idaho with FDA approval. There is a separate room in the kitchen for gluten-free inventory and processing. All ingredients come from gluten-free companies.
Q: How should I store the pizza crust?
A: For best results, the pizza crust should be put in the freezer if you do not plan on eating it the day you receive it. You can microwave the pizza crust for 1-2 minutes before putting your ingredients on the crust, or put it out at room temperature to thaw.
