While the crust heated in the oven, scrambled some eggs - folded in grated cheese at the last minute & placed on top of the heated crust & than sprinkled with warm, already cooked & chopped up bacon & sausage. Next "experiment" will be scrambled eggs, topped with crushed pineapple & crisp canadian bacon - will let ya know how it turns out. We made a “breakfast” pizza that was great!
