Welcome to our brand new site and blog!

Dad’s Gluten Free Pizza crust was started in 2004. Since that time our site has provided you with some basic information on our company, crusts, and a way to place an order. For five years now we have focused our energy on delivering a quality product and personal customer service. The time has come to update Dad’s Gluten Free Pizza crust website. As part of our continued customer service, we have included this blog in our newly redesigned website. Our plans for this space include recipe ideas for our crusts, gluten free news, customer testimonials, spotlights on restaurants serving our crusts, and maybe even some fun contests and giveaways.

    We made a “breakfast” pizza that was great! While the crust heated in the oven, scrambled some eggs – folded in grated cheese at the last minute & placed on top of the heated crust & than sprinkled with warm, already cooked & chopped up bacon & sausage. Next “experiment” will be scrambled eggs, topped with crushed pineapple & crisp canadian bacon – will let ya know how it turns out.
